    Our Pure Hybrid Training is a training methodology which goal is to significantly enhance both strength/power and the stamina of the body.

    It is structured in way that both this opposite "skill" are optimized and the negative interaction between each other is minimized. It fits ideally the off-season period for every kind of athlete.

    It is optimal for having measurable and significant progress on both sides of fitness, strength & conditioning, and for who chase a overall performance status. It works very well for both the pro and the amateur athlete, no matter from the fitness status your starting from.

  • > PLUS CROSS TRAINING

    Our Cross Training provides a strong foundation of strength, conditioning, and functional movements and offers diversity, specialization, and improved weaknesses.

    We want to create a well-rounded approach to fitness that promotes longevity, prevents burnout, and supports continuous progress.

    Our Cross Training program adds variety which helps you stay motivated and not get bored, with a mix of both. By mixing up your training plan, you can work on your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility, depending on what you’re lacking for.
