Marco Lanaro
Founder of Four Plus One and CrossFit Trainer Level 1. Background in CrossFit, endurance, mountain running, and outdoor sports.
Guides the vision and development of the project, building a solid, performance-oriented team, with the goal of creating an effective, structured, and sustainable training method over time.
Marco Zambon
Responsible for the technical development of programming, using a science-based approach aimed at optimizing performance through data, structure, and progressions.
Degree in Sports Science (UNIPD) and Exercise Science (University of Boulder, Colorado). Experience as an athlete, coach, and Olympic athletic trainer in snowboard cross. He is the mind behind programs such as Strength for Endurance, Pure Hybrid, and Fondamenta.
Gloria Corbetta
HYROX Elite 15, World Champion, and Adidas Athlete. Background in the CrossFit world, combined with international experience in HYROX preparation.
Combines field experience and methodology to develop performance-oriented programs. Responsible for the HY FIRE programming — specific preparation for HYROX athletes — focusing on progressions and load management.
Luca Venezia
Management Engineer with a Master's in Leadership & Change Management. He handles data analysis and the development of models to support strategic decisions.
Works on optimizing the performance of the project and users through data, numbers, and continuous monitoring. Practices CrossFit® and maintains an approach oriented towards measurement and continuous improvement.
Alberto Bianco
CrossFit Coach and athletic trainer. Specialized in weightlifting and its application to performance, integrating technique, load management, and strength development.
EXOS and NSCA training, with an evidence-based framework applied to daily coaching. Direct experience in Elite, national, and international CrossFit competitions. Responsible for the GRID programming.
