Welcome to Four Plus One. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Four Plus One. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, digital fitness programs, subscriptions, products, services, content, customer account features and related tools (the "Services").

Four Plus One is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store, checkout, payments, customer accounts, subscriptions and related Services.

Four Plus One provides digital fitness programs, digital content and digital subscriptions. No physical products are shipped.

When you purchase a digital product or subscription, access is provided digitally through your customer account, email, Shopify or another access method made available by Four Plus One.

Product descriptions, program details, prices and availability may change from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images or information will always be complete, current or error-free.

SECTION 3 - SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some products are offered as subscriptions and renew automatically according to the billing frequency shown at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription plan you choose.

You can manage, change, pause, skip or cancel your subscription from your customer account or from the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails, where these options are available.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and future charges. It does not automatically refund payments that have already been completed. Refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENTS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or modify an order where permitted by applicable law, including in case of error, suspected fraud, technical issue or unavailable product.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and current payment and billing information and to keep such information updated where necessary.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Four Plus One sells digital products and digital subscriptions. No physical products are shipped.

Because all products are delivered digitally, shipping fees, physical delivery times, shipping labels, local delivery, pickup and tracking do not apply.

SECTION 6 - HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

Four Plus One provides fitness and training content for general informational and educational purposes only. Our programs are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist, personal trainer or other qualified professional.

You are responsible for determining whether any exercise, program or recommendation is appropriate for your health, fitness level and personal condition.

Physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury. By using our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other concerning symptom.

Fitness results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including consistency, nutrition, health status, training history, lifestyle and individual effort.

Four Plus One does not guarantee specific results, body composition changes, performance improvements or health outcomes.

Four Plus One is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Four Plus One.
